Terms and Conditions

By booking a Papillon retreat, you give us full permission to process and store your information securely as per your agreement. We will never share this information with any other party and it is utilised for administrative purposes only.

Payments should be made via bank transfer, Monzo, card or PayPal. A £50 non-refundable deposit should be paid on booking, with the rest payable at least 10 days before the start of the retreat. Any issues, please email contact@papillonretreats.co.uk

Should you need to cancel your booking, we will refund less the deposit if the retreat is more than 30 days away. Within 30 days of the retreat, we will refund only if we can fill your spot on the retreat, again less the deposit. In both cases, credit may be used towards future retreats instead. We will take individual circumstances into consideration if you need to cancel. If we should cancel the retreat, you will be refunded in full.

Please inform us of any injuries or conditions which may be affected by physical exercise and if necessary obtain approval from your doctor. If at any point during the retreat you feel unsafe, uncomfortable or unable to do something, please stop and let us know rather than continue and risk injury.

We expect everyone to be respectful, tolerant and supportive of everyone on the retreat, both teachers and students. Anyone promoting hatred or disruption will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given.
