Our ballet retreats are open to anyone over the age of 18, no upper age limit! For a general ballet retreat, some experience is required so that you can comfortably follow along but level of technical aptitude is irrelevant. Classes will aim to be as inclusive as possible. We will adapt exercises to suit all levels of ability. Beginners retreats require no previous experience.
If attending a beginners level retreat, no previous experience is required.
